While this property is beautiful with lots of nature and wildlife around and direct beach access, there are A LOT of inconveniences here. Firstly, the resort is decently spread out, so be prepared to walk long distances for everything. There is a golf cart service, but the carts are far and few between. Pretty much everyone in our group had sore feet or blisters by the end of our four night stay. I think the worst part about our stay was not being able to get food at any hour. While there are multiple food options, every time we wanted to eat, everything is closed. Like literally right now itā€™s 1pm, pretty normal lunch hours, and everything including the buffet is closed??? Like what??? As soon as the dinner restaurants open, there are lines out the door to get on the list because if you donā€™t get your name down, itā€™s like a 1.5 to 2 hour wait to get in! There are beach food options, but with all the nice restaurants they advertised, itā€™s disappointing to have to walk 20 minutes to get down to the beach for another burger because thatā€™s all that is available. We ended up having to do room service one night and had to wait over 2 hours to get our cold, cafeteria quality food. The taco stand that they put up in the central hangout location is worth staying up for though! Bars also closed at weird hours too. We never really got the flow of things here I guess. Our room was clean, but very basic. Our shower leaked all the way to the door of our room, though, so not ideal

The service was lacking at the pool. They offered a lot of sale speeches but didnā€™t even tell me I had epic benefit package. It took us an entire stay for them to fix our TVs. Service needs to improve and not everything be self service. Either add more staff or figure out what is lacking. All restaurants had really good food which is always hard to say for an all inclusive. The amenities offered different things for everyone from little kids to adults.

I was given a room update which meant a stay in their new all adults only hotel which was still connected to the previous hotel I booked. We received all the amenities and more. Top food and top liquor! Room service at anytime. Pool service as well, thank you Lucas!

Nice resort, well maintained but they have a serious issue with the restaurants at night. Either you have to line up at 4:30 to join the waiting list at one of the restaurants, or wait 2hours to get a table. Either of which I dont want to do on a vacation. And the members jump ahead of you on the queue. Ended up going to Playa del Carmen for dinner on the last night as couldnt face the stress of another 2hour wait with 3 kids

Let me start by saying the staff was very friendly, attentive and fun. However a few things about the room. My room was in building 7. It was outdated, the safe didnā€™t work, the water wouldnā€™t get hot. I learned on my last day there is a trick to it. The pools were great, the entertainment was fun- especially the fiesta. Food options were great. I actually really liked the food at this resort. My flight with frontier was canceled so I had to pay for another night. This is where the staff wasnā€™t so accommodating. They wanted to up charge. We needed min 4rooms so it would be almost 1600 for 1 night. I ended up getting a room online for $250 and had them match that for the rest of my family but it took a lot of time to do that. Also the water in my sink was coming out brown. I loved the monkeys, the pools and the beach but I wouldnā€™t recommend this resort.

The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming all around the property (Im not joking). We were upgraded to the penthouse for our anniversary which was a nice incentive since we had our 5 month old. My only critique is the water is not hot enough in the rooms, the restaurant hours does not match what was on the site once you use the QR code, and the hype about the food... It was good but the exaggeration from other reviewers with past stays had my hopes too high lol. But overall we had a really good trip! We'd stay again.
