We loved this resort for kids (we travel quite a bit and this resort is one of the best we have been to for kids).  The pools were all fun including the water park, pirate pool and main pool. The entertainment was perfect - they had face paint and balloon making set up in the lobby area many times for kids.  The shows were at 8pm so great time for kids.  The foam party in the pirate pool was also so much fun for the kids.  All the staff were great with kids - bar tenders and servers would listen to kids when ordering (at other AIs we’ve been to they tend to ignore kids).  All the restaurants were really good.  We didn’t have issues making reservations at any of them. Just did it early on in our trip.  Our room was great.  We were upgraded to a family suite - beds were comfy, rooms were clean.   Staff all worked hard.  We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time to Mexico and this resort didn't disappoint! The staff were very kind, food was great. Many different restaurants to choose from, water park for the kids and tons of pools. Great ocean/beach access as well. Highly recommend!

Our Family Concierge, Adrian was super helpful and knowledgeable from helping us plan the cenote excursion to making dinner reservations. Wonderful staff. Room cleaned beautifully everyday. Quality food and drinks! The facility itself was so clean and relaxing. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Beyond accommodating for families. The waterpark seriously just adds so much fun for them. We have 3 boys so it was above and beyond for us!! Food was delicious and fresh. I honestly have nothing bad to say. It was okay some staff was nice I guess . But when checking in never received my 200 room credit until when I checked out . It said I had 1 excursion for 2 . But supposedly Expedia had to give it to me not them . . I had family concierge but it wasn’t that great . I had better stays in the states .

The pools are amazing especially for kids . Awesome water park with slides . The staff were very friendly and helpful . They are more friendly before you decline their invitation to the 45 meeting regarding their membership, once you decline their tune changes real quick . The room we had was spacious but smelled like mold … I didn’t think it was too bad at first but as the days went on I started to realize it was pretty strong . I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changes rooms although I should have because my whole family has come down with mold toxicity symptoms , headache, stuffy nose, sore throat , cough . All of our stuff that we traveled with smells like mold , even after washing . I had to throw the non valuables out and wash everything else in vinegar . If your room smells like mold please don’t stay in it like we did , not worth it . I wish I had moved . Property itself is nice, clean, does not smell like mold .

This is my 5th time here and I absolutely love it every time I come here. We were in family concierge this past visit and Veronica was our concierge. She is the sweetest and the most patient. We were a group of 9 total ( 5 kids 4 adults). Great everything. No complaints at all. I will be returning soon.
