Economy hotel, nothing luxurious but clean, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom and shower, it has microwave, stove, a fridge and a nice balcony. I will come back. I enjoyed my stay, i give it a 10. It is a few blocks from ADO station and 5th Avenue.

We were half hour early, sweaty, tired and kindly asked for our room (which I’m sure was ready). But got denied. I’m sure it wouldnt have been any skin off their teeth to have allowed us to check in a few minutes early. But denied us check in till 3pm. Like come on!!! How petty can you be. Wouldn’t even start the paperwork. Believe me I rarely complain. To tell you the truth I actually don’t think I have ever written a bad review. But this was so unexpected and unnecessary. Like I said no skin off your teeth to even have started the paperwork buddy….

The location is perfect. Very walkable and close to everything. The proximity to the ADO terminal was perfect as well. The hotel itself is nice, and clean. The pool was nice as well and never crowded. The pillows are visible stains, like really bad and even with the pillow covers you can see it. The water is also a concern and while I knew it would not be hot, it was not even warm.

It is. Great and safe property, 24/7 front desk, lovely staff and very close to ADO round trip for Cancun Airport for.a feat price. The only thing get to my attention was the bed sheet and bathroom tower was very old and stained, I thought in the future they need to get a new ones for the facility because is very good property. Thank you for ve there for us the last3 weeks!

The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette available with pots and pans. The rooftop pool was also nice, although fairly small with few loungers available. Overall the service was good. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many nearby restaurants and bars, a bus stop, and beach within walking distance.
