The property has so many spiders 🕷️ in the room and spider webs that should be cleaned. The most issue I see with the property is the breakfast area it’s way TOOOOO small. When trying to get breakfast there is only 5 small tables with either 2 or 3 chairs. When trying to get breakfast people are running into each other. Over all the hotel is nice and the staff is nice. The breakfast area is not big enough.

This was our second time staying here - a great pet friendly place to stay. Rooms are very nice and clean, staff is excellent and there is a river that flows behind the hotel with lots of wild life. We seen ducks, blue herons, Canadian geese, eagles. Outstanding and close to Smoky National Park and Gatlinburg. Breakfast is hot and offers a nice variety. Looking forward to coming back next year for some more great adventures ♥️

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, rooms with private terraces overlooking a stream frequented by ducks, geese, and other birds. The breakfast bar was well stocked, too. Only one quibble: walking across the carpet in our room, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were almost black. The carpets need to be cleaned. But that's a small issue for an overall excellent hotel at a very reasonable price, close to restaurants and the end of Pigeon Forge closest to the national park entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay everything was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable. If I could say one area to improve it would be the breakfast itself. It was underwhelming and lacked flavor.

Very convenient to all that's Pigeon on Forge, but the fact that it's one block off of the main strip makes it convenient, but quieter. It's an easy walk to the Dolly Parton Stampede. The hotel was very clean and rooms all had balconies onto the river behind. There's a great fire pit area out back. The breakfast room is very small, but they did serve eggs and sausage and waffles, etc. There's no hot tub, but there is a pool. It's a small hotel, so not big crowds.
