Come relax and take in the quiet beauty of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our seven log cabins overlook Otter Lake, a 900-acre sport fishing, paddling and boating paradise. Built by Finnish settlers in the 1930s, the cabins offer full kitchens and baths, cozy comforts and traditional Scandinavian décor.
Cabin #1 sleeps six and is the most spacious and oldest of the cabins.

1) Two separate bedrooms, one with two doubles and the other with one queen
2) Traditional Finnish / square log construction
3) Brick fireplace (non-working)
4) Spacious open kitchen / living / dining room
5) Large deck overlooking the lake
6) Full bath with shower

8) Reserved parking next to cabin
The cabin also includes a 12-foot aluminum boat for your use. Canoes, kayaks and paddleboards are also available. More than 300 feet of shoreline, two docks and acres to explore!
House Rules:
-No children are permitted to take a boat out unless accompanied by an adult. The boat operator is responsible for any damage, accident or casualty.
-No cleaning of fish in the cabin. There is a fish cleaning table with water, lights and waste pails behind the cabins.
-Absolutely no burning of the fireplaces. They are not operable.
-Dogs are allowed, up to 2 pets per cabin. There are additional pet fees (see add-ons)
