On the beach and clean, comfortable rooms!

Location was great. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though it was noisy outside, you couldn’t hear it from the inside of the rooms. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The beach access was amazing!! I do believe our room might have had a fire. Soot under the sink and pedestal. Over all great experience, EXCEPT for Sat night. Apparently they hosted a dance and we had no where to park. Parking should be reserved for paying guests only, our opinion. Our customer service lady upon check in needs a new job. It was very apparent that she did not like hers.

The views and beach were AMAZING. The hotel itself could be cleaner, and updated. The sheets smelled bad, the bathroom door looked like it had been chewed by a dog, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month. Overall, reasonable for the price, but hoped for more, and wouldn't have been happy if we didn't spend so much time on the beach.

Accommodation is great for pets. We had about 1 minute of hot water per shower. Maintenance man said one of the heaters was bad. The lady at the front desk basically told us to bad. She was not helpful at all and check in was a nightmare

Review is subjective to my experience: stopped during a road trip. My room had a dead cockroach in it, the floors were not mopped and dirty, curtains were broken, bathroom was moldy and poor shower head. Staff were kind and the beach front was amazing. There was a party downstairs at the side bar which was very loud. Could hear everyone walk by your room; drunk people tried to enter my room and talked outside for two hours.

Stunning views from our 4th floor Gulf front balcony. Rooms were nice, some things could use updates (spring mattresses, softer pillows, larger tv, furniture ok). .03 from Pineapple Willy’s with great pier restaurant seating. We only stayed one night, so didn’t experience the other amenities. For the price, we would definitely stay again.
