Room needs updated. No space to hang or store clothes. Very small TV. We were told we had to request housekeeping and could not be in room when they came. Took 10 minutes of running the water to get it hot and never had hot water in the sink. Parking was very inconvenient

Las instalaciones muy deterioradas, apenas llegue chiripas cucarachas en la habitación llegue a ver 4 de ellas. Llovía y se inundo la habitación, por las noches prácticamente no puedes salir porque no hay iluminación. Terrible la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada.

There were cockroaches all outside the property and inside our bathroom. We had a parking permit given to us by the front desk but on our last night there was an event at the hotel and we were told we are unable to park at the hotel and had to park in a overflow lot about 1/4 mile away and walk to the hotel and to move our cars back to the hotel at 10pm!

The number one issue we had is that we tried to sleep at 9 pm because we were tired and the noise were too loud till about one am. You can hear absolutely everything through the windows It felt like the window was open but they weren’t. On the other side we could hear the people on the next room next to us like there was no wall at all.

This hotel could use a good cleaning inside and out. The pool could definitely be cleaned. Had a hard time knowing if it was mold or paint chipping on the sides of the pool bottom. The bathrooms in the room needed a better cleaning of the floors. There’s dirt piled in the literal cracks in the sides of the tile.
