I liked that the water was hot but the nozzle in the shower had wrong temperatures on it. If you turned nozzle to hot, water ran cold so you have to turn nozzle to cold to get hot water. The place was noisy, I was near street side. Only 1 person manned it so it took a long time to check in and he was not friendly at all. Not enough outlets. Only real good thing was I paid $47 on Expedia. If I had paid any more, I would’ve been seriously upset for this place. Old and run down.

You get what you pay for. It’s a decent motel to sleep. Salmon or jerky, anyone? Beware if you’re don’t smoke. You don’t need to look for a smoker afterwards. Yes, I know. It’s not the room but the other occupants beside your room who can’t also sleep but smoke. The walls needs massive cleaning. Just sleep, relax and no fuzz.

Unsafe environment. Neighbors were doing nefarious things in shared door side. Person was on phone yelling for 4 hours and when told to stop threatened the person asking him to stop. Would not come back.

Overnight stay Maintained property Quiet Pleasant staff Well-lit parking Security on duty at night Located South of Downtown Palm Springs on Highway 111 Clean room/bathroom Had 2nd floor room. Mattress felt soft. However, I was able to have a good night's sleep. The shower stall is somewhat cramped even for an average size person. Something to keep in mind Overall, it is a good location.

The grounds and rooms are not clean. Trash around the property and dirty rooms. No smoking signs are posted everywhere, but not enforced. There seems to be more 'permanent' guests than actual travelers. Very odd and very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again

The room all is very dirty, towells looks like someone use , under the bed very dirty, the T.V no work, The water was coming out of the shower and the drain was clogged., they don’t have jar for make coffe , don’t have housekeeping for clean the room , the eather smell really bad😡😡😡😡

There were cockroaches on the wall to the left of the bed. I had looked to see if the sheets were clean, stood up, and there they were. I immediately turned around, went to the office and told them i want my money back because of the roaches. The guy said "I'm sorry about that" and told me i would be refunded. Obviously he knew there is a roach problem. Ugh.
