Biggest complaint is the ac in our room barely worked, sweating like crazy anytime we were there during the day despite having it always at the lowest temp on high. Next worst thing was the literal nonstop honking down the street from some protest. We were outside at the pool and had to listen to it for hours. The room info said the pool was heated but it wasnt, and too cold to swim so we went in the lukewarm jacuzzi. Worked for us but some expecting it hot might be disappointed. The water was cloudy too. Couldn't get hot water in the sink at the room at all, but shower was hot. It didn't drain well so we stood in inches of water for showers. There was a gross perfume smell coming from vent in bathroom anytime we turned on the light. The door to the room stuck so bad we had to bodyslam it to open it a few times. Barely enough towels so asked for more but by the time they came we had made due without them. No blackout curtains so the room was bright all night long. I had booked for the cute feel of the hotel and the flowers and gardens, but in person it was underwhelming. Maybe a different time of year would have more of the flowers shown in the pictures, but the gardens were a quick walk around, couldnt walk through or really spend time there. I thought I booked garden view but got parking lot view. It did feel clean and safe and the breakfast was better than expected, had some hot food options. Definitely won't be staying there again.

The room was dirty and smelled musty upon entry. There was hair in the sink and shower and the toilet was dirty under the toilet seat and the porcelain under and behind the seat. The tub flooring was chipping away all over and they tried covering it up with a plastic mat. I found a dirty comb full of hair and a rusty razor sitting inside the tray that held the coffee pot and cups. I tried changing to a different room, but they didn't have anymore of my room type on the 1st floor which I needed. So I just cleaned everything myself. Rooms are thin and kids above us were running and jumping late, way past 11pm. When I called the front desk at 11:40pm to see if they could help me with this, the kids only got louder for about another hour, only to start jumping and running again early the next morning. Beds are hard and sheets are stiff and scratchy. I was in building C so not sure if these issues are just with this building which is not the ones pictured with the garden view.

The rooms are not cleaned well- there was visible dust on the lamp stand , baseboards dirty, door dirty around door knobs The bedding was clean but not enough blankets I was very cold The bed was comfortable for me but just too cold The staff was fine the grounds are pretty but someone was vacuuming the floor above us at 6 am and woke us up
