We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that I found a pee spot behind the toilet seat cover but i would definitely stay here again. Having an onsite Starbucks is a plus

Parking expensive. Room temperature was weird and I feel like there was not enough blankets. Shower needed to be plunged because taking a shower was like taking a bath. Found hair in the shower. I could hear everyone in connecting rooms. Walls paper thin. If I wasn’t in a huge rush this morning I would have said something to front desk

We only stayed 1 night but the room options really fit my family of 5. Staff was kind and helpful. Some areas of the room had obvious wear. But all in all it was a nice stay.

The valet, front desk & restaurant staff were wonderful. Nothing but high praise for the staff in this areas. The lobby is welcoming and modern with the Starbucks coffee. But, aside from the lobby, it’s outdated, run down, dirty carpets in hallways leading to rooms & our room was dirty too. There were clumps of hair all over the floors, in the shower, on the counters, on the bedspreads.. it was incredibly uncomfortable. We were told they would send up slippers as a remedy & given a $50 room credit. Never sent the slippers & never got the $50 credit. We did not go without socks or shoes our entire stay. We booked a 5 night stay. Could only stay one night due to the condition of our room. I don’t care how trendy the lobby is.. I don’t sleep in the lobby. It is described as a 4 star property. Maybe the lobby area.. maybe. But, the rooms were just plain rooms. I’m not sure how others consider it clean. It baffles me.
One example of hair on floor. It was like this all over the room. Horrendous.

Buffet breakfast was good though pricey, and it was disappointing that the only other breakfast/lunch option was Starbucks since the pub restaurant didn't open til 4pm. Worst part of our stay was when the people next door loudly returned to their room at 3am and started banging on the walls. After no answer when calling the front desk, my husband got dressed and went to the lobby only to be told by a lone janitor .at there was no one for him to talk to. Unacceptable
