Stayed here during our family vacation. The staff were friendly and really accommodating, they were able to get us all on the same floor as requested. Rooms were spacious and clean, about 8 minutes to Disneyland parking lot which is why we chose to stay here. Breakfast was simple but a plus for sure as well as easy parking and best of all, budget friendly!

The property is old and needs a major update. Several times my AC would blow in urine smells from the outside into my room, even though I was on the 3rd floor. I only stayed here because of the convenience to UCI and because the Hotel FERA was booked.

The room carpet is filthy, it looks like they haven't done carpet cleaning for over a decade. The shower pressure is so low that it takes you a very long time under the shower to wash the soap in your short hair, if you have long hair then you have to stay forever in the shower to wash the soap and they put a note that they want to save water. In their advertising, they show they have a pool and jacuzzi, but they don't. you have to walk to the neighboring hotel to use their pool. The hotel's condition is really old. Most people who use the hotel are on vacation and they would like to sleep longer in the mornings, they offer free breakfast but it is maximum to 9 am. You have to get up early to have breakfast.

We obtained two rooms, 301 and 302. Both rooms 301 and 302 had bed bugs/mites that resulted in my family and I getting bitten multiple times. When asked to move, we were met with attitude and questioning. Photos were taken.

Will Stay Again. Good Value for your Money
Good value for your money. Room and bathroom very clean 10/10. Stay is comfortable 10/10. Complimentary Continental breakfast is what I expected for what I paid - hot and cold items with standard breakfast beverages available 10/10. Because its close to the hospital, i heard the ambulance pass by 2x - but not bad. My family slept through it and didn’t even wake them up. Its close to the freeway but I didn’t hear the freeway noise. So quietness I give 10/10. Will stay here again in the future.

Pricing was good, close to things we did. The only thing was I was looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool and when I checked it I noticed a sign saying pool was closed. No indication that it was closed prior to booking or checking in. I probably would have booked somewhere else.
