Very safe environment, very nice areas and restaurants around. The only thing we didnt like was the rug smelled very bad, like humid, wet. My husband is very allergic and he felt it right away. Thanks for the stay :)

Lovely property! Delightful staff; every single staff member greeted us! Very clean room; it looks recently renovated, but don't think it is, they just do a great job keeping it clean and well maintained. Now, this place can be a little noisy as it's right in the corner of I-75 and a major road; knew that when we booked but it wasn't too bad when we stayed. Even so, we prefer this property to the Holiday Inn Express (which is set back, has no traffic noise, is more expensive and not as nice) from our last visit. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean room with friendly helpful staff. The only issue was the room curtains did not block out the outside highway traffic and it was very noisy outside the room due to the frontage road and interstate traffic. Great price for a clean, safe hotel stay.

The gentleman who checked me in was amazing. The older lady wasn't nice. My travel was for business. I requested a late check out after working night shift. I arrived after work around 9am. The older lady stated I could only check out at 11 and later would be a $50 fee to stay until 2 pm. I'm platinum and expected a different outcome. Her customer service was unkind despite me carrying myself in a polite manner. I witnessed her being nice to other guests.

Property is eight next to I75. If your room is on the side of the highway there is a lot of traffic noise. The pool is next to the highwayso noisy there also. The facility is nice other than the noise

After unpacking our clothes we noticed ants climbing a wall and by the sink. Had to repack all our clothes and request another room. They gave us another room but on the first floor near the hotels washing machines. Will not be staying here again.

Check in was quick. Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Wish pool was closed at proper time, other guests were loud & at midnite is not acceptable.
