"This is my second stay at this hotel, and I absolutely love it! This time, I brought the two exchange students I’m hosting from Europe, and we booked a suite. My plan was for them to use the sofa bed, but it was surprisingly small and quite uncomfortable — we could feel the springs, which made it impossible to use. Instead, we improvised with extra blankets and pillows, and they ended up sleeping on the window seats, which are memory foam and wide enough to be comfortable. They were thrilled with the setup! That said, I think the hotel could easily improve the sofa bed by investing in a better mattress — it is a suite, after all, and that would meet guests’ expectations. Apart from that, everything else was perfect! The staff is professional and incredibly kind. As always, Antonio at the door went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. I’m already looking forward to returning this summer with my parents. Can’t wait!"
