The hotel is outdated, the bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. I asked hotel staff for assistance and possibly a different room, they claimed all rooms were sold out. Overall, unbearable and I checked within 30mins of checking in and unfortunately could not receive a refund which was even more appalling.

This hotel was clean and convenient to places to shop and eat. The room was apportioned well with a small refrigerator but lacked a microwave. The breakfast was tasty with suitable variety. Í´d stay here again.

Great spot and friendly folks. We had a little mini suite with a living room, wet bar and two double beds, very spacious and well kept. Everyone working there was super attentive and professional. The shower was amazing, lots of pressure and hot water. Our floor was very quiet so sleeping was a breeze. My only negative was the breakfast but hey what do you expect for a free hotel breakfast, it really wasn’t an issue as they kept us stocked up with coffee in the room and there is a nice family restaurant only a block from the room so walking there was easy. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting CT.
