**Completion and return of both Vacation Rental Lease Agreement and Pool Agreement are mandatory prior to forwarding directions, entry instructions, or gaining entry.

**Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $100/per night or day. Guests age 4 and under do not count toward occupancy. Pack n Play on site.

**Maximum number of people on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County.

**Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.

**Each additional guest present on property (for any length of time) not indicated on reservation will be charged $100/per day/night. Host reserves the right to charge extra guest fee via Guest's security/damage deposit if more guests are on property than stated on reservation.
