Expensive and worth every single penny! Gorgeous grounds, delicious food and drinks at the restaurant, excellent accommodations. Staff are helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to return.
The Harvest Inn is a beautiful spot very close to the shopping in St. Helena. We stayed in a king suite that had plenty of room and a large bathroom with a double sink. be aware that if your suite is on the second floor there is no elevator. The only other comment is that the way this suite was set up it was important to be aware that you needed to duck when coming around the bed due to low eves.

If I could change one thing, though, it's those awful Keurig machines. I have no idea why HI uses them, as they make bad coffee, are inelegant in sound and silhouette, and are rather archaic.
Everything else is just top notch.
Huge rat came into the dining room during our dinner. Staff just watched and did nothing. The restrooms in the bar/restaurant were disgusting. Management had no follow up to our concerns. Nice property, but management fails to set a standard. For being an over-priced stay and dinner, these lapses are just disappointing. We come to Napa annually for over 20 years and will never stay at this place again.
