This is the quietier side of Myrtle Beach . There was not a lot of traffic even though we were there in August. Every one who works at this hotel were very friendly and kind to us ! My sister has a disability and is short . She could not get on the bed . The maintenance man, Mr . Golding brought in a short sturdy stool from his home so my sister could step on to it to get on to the bed. It worked! This is above and beyond kindness and thoughtfulness ! It was a wonderful stay !

The quality of myrtle beach is not what it use to be. The rooms were okay, saw a spider in the room the first night we were there. The parking needs to be better, taking two elevators just to get to parking is ridiculous. The check in process takes way too long.

The front desk members I spoke with were nice. The condition of the property needs improvement. I understand its oceanfront so there is a lot of moisture and humidity. Lampshade in the room was starting to mold and stuff was rusted. I wish I would have realized this hotel does not have bathtubs only standing showers. There was also a bug..again I know that this is right by the ocean but bugs of any sort are a huge turn off. Had I not had a non refundable room I would have left the night I got there. Overall nice front desk ladies but I will not be staying here or recommending it again.
