Our tub/shower didn't drain. When Desk was alerted we were told housekeeping would address it. They did, the morning we were checking out. There was a wet spot in the bedroom carpet, sonething was leaking in the floor. It also was never addressed. Parking was difficult to find. And security... Let me tell you, my boyfriend was harassed, stalked by security our last night there for sitting outside on the lawn chairs enjoying the night. Yes,it was late, but the guard did not make it know he was security & actually hid from him once we noticed we were being followed - which freaked me out. The pool/lazy river looked dirty, one pool was closed. The hot tubs werent hot. I believe the only positive I really have was breakfast. That was really good.

All staff were friendly and helpful, pools were great and room was very clean. Did not eat breakfast at hotel. Parking across street caught us off guard but being there in October it was less crowded so no issue at all. Will stay here again definitely.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
There was a lot of construction around our building so we had to walk around to get to the beach. The room smelled musty due to a sopping wet carpet. An industrial fan was provided but it just made the entire condo feel damp. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and the light above the kitchen sink was burned out.

Loved our view ocean front, been going there for 9 years and I love it. Recommendation, keep the Snack Bar open all year, most people would grab food and drinks all day. Did not like the roaches this year! But everything was perfect, highly Recommend!❤️ Home away from Home

Don't go until next year

The hotel is nice, the city is doing construction right alongside the property. The breakfast consisted of several items that came frozen, were microwaved, and then sat in the buffet table until they were various colors of rubber.
