The property is much like their website states. I think the only difference was a poolside bar that was not available. But being off season I did not expect it. Our room suite was spacious, and inviting. The indoor pool in inside, but still open to the air and not heated. Just keep that in mind if looking to book a stay and want heated water. The hot tubs are super warm and soothing. The staff are great and pleasant to meet. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had do not disturb on the door the whole time
Our room wasn’t ready so we were moved to another room. This room wasn’t clean enough. There was hair on the bed and in the tub. Particles of some sort were on the counter, on the floor and in the sink. Dust was everywhere. The phones didn’t work so maintenance came to fix it but couldn’t. Housekeeping came and picked the hair off of the bed and dropped it on the floor while asking do we need new sheets or something. I asked for a new room at that point. We moved into a room that was clean. We lost 2 hours and didn’t get to do what we’d planned upon arrival. We stayed 3 days and were bothered every day. Someone from house keeping knocked on the door and when I opened it she said never mind and she was looking for her cell phone and walked away. The next morning around 8am another staff member knocked and said someone sent him to our room to see if we needed anything. He gave us a hanger reminder about a free gift which was an opportunity to tour their new facility DURING our stay. Some knock on our door from the hotel later on saying they thought we checked out then someone knocked later on and we didn’t answer. Front desk call to remind us to pick up our “gift”. I told them we were being disturbed and I texted the front desk as well about it. They said that shouldn’t be happening and they would look into it. Then that night, another knock on the door that we ignored. At 8:30am the next morning someone knocked and said she was told we had checked out.

The hubby and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. The parking garage was a bit tight and a building over from the hotel itself but you do have the option to pay for valet parking which we opted not to do.

The hotel is very pretty, the location is excellent. Once you pull into the deck by the pool the parking staff immediately greets you. I was able to go to checkin & to the junior suite before I had to move the truck to the parking deck! I loved the mini apartment & the front desk staff! Overall I would definitely go back to the Anderson!!
