The front desk hospitality and some of the hosts at the restaurant are not aligned with the ambience of the hotel- gruff, casual (not in a nice way)- they don’t make you feel valued or welcome. But the space, the housekeeping staff, the coffee bar hosts and the bartenders are amazing!

The Ameswell is such a fabulous hotel. The rooms are very spacious. All of the amenities are so wonderful right down to the coffee in the room! Everything was clean comfortable, and the staff was very wonderful.

Had to change rooms because the carpet was wet outside the bathroom. And the room smelled like carpet cleaner. Another spot on the carpet was all torn up.
