The room was cleaned and the bed was very comfy! Customer service is 5 star I was treated like a princess walking through the door; I got a free room upgrade for becoming a member. Everything is around so you don’t have to travel far. The area is very quiet!!

This is what I want to say about the Hotel. Leaving the Hotel I told the front desk, turning on the water to the sink it smelled like sewer gas. She said, yes, we have that smell in all the rooms. We will stay again, even with last experience

We travel with our dog, we put his food bowl on his mat, he ate and 10 minutes later, 100s of ants all over the bowl. Went to Lowes purchased home defense spray and soaked the baseboards. No more ants for the next 2 days. Shower head needs to be changed, water dropped out of spray head. We have stayed here 2 other times with no complaints. 1 out of 3 ain't bad. Staff is very nice, grounds are well kept. We will stay again, Only 2nd or 3rd floor. Ground floor units seem over used. Price is a little steep considering location, but it's where we need to stay, as we like to be in an area we are familiar with. Oh, bring your on soda, 3 bucks a bottle 12 oz. At front desk
