This property isn't getting the attention it needs. My shower handle didn't work properly the last time I stayed, one of the electric chargers for Tesla has been out of service for over a year, the 20 lb dumb bells are missing for over a year, the fitness machine is not operable. There was hair in my shower upon arrival. Someone is not paying attention.

Quiet, clean rooms, tasty breakfast with lots of choices. The only problem with the room was that we realized the thermostat would not turn up or down. The staff was always hard to find, starting with check-in and no one was at the desk in the morning when we left. The breakfast attendant especially was hardly there, tables weren’t clean and we wanted to ask about hot chocolate packets but never saw the attendant long enough to ask.

The AC wasnt working well and the thermostat would click loud when trying to sleep. It would get really warm in our room before the air finally clicked on. When checking out, I told them about it, they just apologized and said we are in the process of replacing the units in the room.

The hotel was clean, but needed dusting. The headboard, lampshades and curtains were very dusty. The hotel was older, but in good condition. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

Dog barking on the floor directly underneath. Was offered a room change, but already unpacked. Phone to call down to desk was inoperable. I had to call with my phone. While trying to figure out why phone doesn't work, found a cheese puff next to the bed frame. Otherwise everything seemed really clean. Smelled clean. Will stay here again!!

The first room, the air conditioner didn't work. So we moved. Then the water was shut off in the entire hotel. The second day of our stay. No continental breakfast on the second day due to the water being shut off. The pool was out of order two days because they needed chemicals. We stayed three nights, spent five hundred dollars and it was awful.
