The room was outdated, small. Bath tub very small, toilet low to the ground, low water pressure in the shower at a fairly ridiculous price of over $200 a night I paid for two nights, only stayed for one.

The place seems that there is no sufficient maintenance. Gym is advertised but equipment does not work. Rooms are noisy and the smell of pot is incredibly strong as it is very common to find people smoking on the stairs. Towels even when changed are not always clean. Location is great as train station is close, there is a CVS, supermarket and many options to dine out.

We booked this property last minute to attend a show at the UBS arena close by. Staff was excellent when I had an issue with my credit card and had to call back several times. It was pricey but the room was clean, pillows and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Two types of every food, including pancakes and waffles. If I have to stay again in the area I will stay here! One thing to note, the area is a little sketchy at night but if you are aware of your surroundings you’ll be fine. The parking lot is also well lit.

I like the breakfast, Some of the rooms and some staff services. What I hate is that you have to go by some dirty train station to have a time to yourself; but others can do whatever. I pay as well an mind my own why I gotta be faulted? But other then that everything is okay.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was terrific. Only one elevator was working and we were on the 5th floor, and the one working elevator seemed to need some maintenance. Otherwise, it was a perfectly lovely, clean and comfortable stay.

Place is a bit run down. I wouldn’t normally stay at this location except that this is the best our airline could offer after canceling our flight. I have to say however, the main lobby and the bathrooms are more updated and clean. Everywhere else, not so much.
