"Rob the bell hop was awesome !!! He really took the time to help me when I needed help. Lange and Ericka I believe for entertainment were a vibe ! They were awesome. Maria at the ice cream shop was awesome. The staff were very attentive and answered right away and followed up to make sure your request were answered. I wished they had hot tub and more entrance to water park area to more areas. The price was affordable ! They should offer better breakfast packages instead of per day paying per adult. Everything else the amenities were spot on ! They offered shuttle service but not to universal which sucked ! It should be offered to all parks . The rooms were cleaned, the dressers were more older had a little damage but nothing to major. They offered other food options but door dash was still available. A plus they had a microwave and a mini fridge in all rooms ! Overall I would go and stay there again. The front desk and everyone else were very helpful. "
