We stayed 7 nights. We really enjoyed the most was pools, and shuttle to theme parks which was very convenient. What we didn't like was food options. Bayline dinner food prices were way too high compare to quality of food. We paid about $57 for theee meals which we end up trashing half because we couldn't eat. Hotel staffs never had smile on their faces. At check in we were only given one room key. Later we had to ask for more. Housekeeping was not provided for the first and last day. But overall a great family resort.

Convenient, but uncomfortable beds.
This hotel is convenient, the shuttle service to the park is frequent and the walk to volcano bay is very short. Lots of life guards supervising the 2 pools and the lazy river. Laundry room costing $3 per wash cycle (30 mins) and $3 for the tumble dryers (1 hour), supply your own detergent. The cleanliness could be better, towards the end of the day it was hard to find clean pool towels. The room towels and the pool towels look identical which might explain the yellow stains on the room towels. Toiletries supplied by the hotel are shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap, so if you want shower gel/body wash take your own. Walls are very thin, so when someone closes the door to their nearby room expect the wall of you room to move. The bed in the room we stayed in was uncomfotable, the mattress had exceeded its life cycle and was in need of replacing. The location of the scanner to release the parking barrier caused confusion for lots of guests given it is low down on the machine and requires most drivers to drive the car to with-in inches of the machine, this often lead to queues getting out of the car park.

The location is perfect for theme parks, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from all of the Orlando theme parks. Everything is compact and to a small area so it's the perfect vacation spot

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The room was clean and the property was well kept. Everything was just so easy to access. Lots of options for dining. Onsite Starbucks was great. Parking was plentiful. It was so convenient to be able to walk over to Universal Volcano Bay. The only negative was the rusty old gym equipment. The work studio itself was well designed but the equipments are outdated. Overall, would definitely recommend this resort!

In general good, the staff front desk of the hotel they are nice, but court food cashiers no nice, (most) and the New ice cream place, especially at night, the employees are not nice, there are always problems with the customers, they are not friendly, they do not serve you well, if you ask them something they do not answer you, they talk among themselves. I went twice and stopped going because I do not like their service. I spoke with other people who were at the hotel and they told me the same thing.
