It was a great stay. The rooms were very clean. My shower was broken but fixed when we were out. We had a messy toddler with us and had to have housekeeping come and clean it up. and it was done right away. The rooms need updated but other then that great stay!

Location of the property is fantastic!! The staff we spoke with were very pleasant and helpful! Our room could have been cleaned better, there was still hair in the sink and something sticky on the carpet. The room rate was fine but all the extra fees were too much, when parking is on the same site as the hotel, I do not expect to pay for parking at 25.00 a day and an extra 38.00 per day for others is too much also. At the end of the charges we could have stayed at one of the Disney hotels. At the end of our stay here I would choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit.

The hotel was ok. Check in wasn’t welcoming, like we were a bother. We are use to the friendly Disney atmosphere here and this was far from it. Very little dining choices. Just not the feel you expect from Hilton or Disney.

Amazing stay. It’s an older property that they have kept in pristine condition. A couple of things I loved about the property first, was the pool/hot tub. Next the shower pressure and water temp was perfect. Also, the staff was friendly, professional. Last the shuttle to the parks was super easy to use.
