This property was lovely. Latonia at the front desk was awesome. So helpful. Everyone was great. Breakfast was good, the atmosphere was chill. We will use them again.

We was waiting for the shuttle more than one Hour. We called many times the driver, he said he was in his way and he would arrive in a black van. He never picked us up. He was rude when called him. Finally we called an UBER. When we arrived to the hotel, we told and claimed to receptionist during the check in, she said it wasn't her fault and she was rude and intimidating. We were very disappointment with the front desk service and the shuttle.

Zachary at the front desk is AWESOME. He was very helpful and informative. The housekeeping staff needs to step it up. They didn't even sweep the room, because there was a big ball of hair on the floor. My hair is dyed blonde, so definitely not mine.

We were new to the area and the staff including front desk and maintenance staff members were a great help to us. We had a wonderful time at the beach. Even the local bus driver was pleasant and helpful.

On my recent trip to Fort lauderadale I stayed at this hotel for 2 days.staff was amazing cooperative, rooms are very clean & neat, nice & healthy breakfast.The only down point is they only have valet parking available & no self parking options. Overall, I had a wonderful stay over here.
