Upon arrival, the check in desk area is nice, concierge was helpful accommodating my room close to some friends. Parking is extra, the first couple of nights we had to park so far away from our rooms. Ice machines did not work. for the second night, my room was not cleaned. I asked someone at the front desk and they said it needed to be requested, the next day I spoke to someone else, they said rooms are cleaned daily. Property is huge, there are two pool areas, both very nice.

so this property felt like a bait & switch. Most of the photos online feature the “tower” rooms — while the majority of rooms are actually motel style, no hall, 2-story buildings. Disappointing

The first time ever staying at the villa of the Double Tree by Hilton, and I can say it was nice. Only stayed one night but it was good and probably will make reservations in the near future.

Could have been better.
When we checked in the carpet was wet. The shower water was not hot. On Sunday we had our pet by the pool an security was very rude. Obviously the security staff is not on the same page with the rules about pets being out by the pool. She told us we had to leave the area with our pet because she said pets can not be by the pool. We will not be staying there anymore, the experience was horrific. Management did go out of the way to rectify the situation. That was our first and last time there.
