Great location on International drive. Easy to get to all of the parks, lots of restaurants near by. The room was comfortable, and clean. The food and drinks on property were better than expected. The busses to the park were easy to catch and super convenient. My only complaint was the noise. I could hear people multiple rooms away, and when everyone left in the morning, the doors slamming was really loud. Other than that it was a great stay.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttles to the parks are an excellent perk. The menu options at Pier 8 Market are good. I enjoyed a few meals there and was pleased with the variety and prices. There’s ample seating, too. The only complaint I have is that the guest room walls are thin, so you will hear guests in the rooms next to you. Hopefully this is something that can be corrected for quieter stays.

This hotel is a great budget option with very good transport facilities. However, it is extremely noisy in the night. You can hear every single bump upstairs and it seems that people have little respect for quiet.

Food and service review

The room was great! The check-in and check-out process was amazing and so efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my gluten allergy. They did a great job of helping me navigate the menu. I would say that my husband was slightly disappointed in how long his food had been sitting before he got to eat it. Most often it was a little bit stale.
