The property is always great. The customer service is amazing and the check in/out process is so simple! The only thing I’d like to see a change with is the dining options. The quality of the food is not so great and the food options could be better.

The hotel is very close to parks and the transportation (shuttle) work wonderfully. However, it was very crowded for our taste specially at lobby and food areas. The rooms are clean, but the bed sheets had holes in it and were very thin. Air conditioning worked wonderfully.

First time staying here. Besides the food being a bit pricey, we had a fantastic stay here. Booked a Suite and me and my wife love the atmosphere and the amenities the area provided. If I had a few complaints, it would be a lack of washer and dryer options and just the food not being up to par with the price they are asking for, but overall solid experience here.
