The hallways are not air conditioned. They have 1 ice machine located on the 1st floor which is VERY inconvenient. Need to update pictures on website. Room did not look like the pictures. Furniture was missing. Website also states they offer room service which they did not as well. Both elevators had expired safety certificates. I would NEVER stay here again.

They had a decent pool on the rooftop, but it was 90% 3 feet and 10% 4 feet. It was great location to the beach. The beach was Only a block away. The downfall was they knew that a five-year-old was going to be there and they decided to give us a room right next-door to an outdoor bar/nightclub. They blasted music until 2 o’clock in the morning and we had to be up at 5:30 in the morning to get to the airport, so needless to say we didn’t get any sleep. They returned $30 of ours for the property fee because of the issue but they should’ve gave us a full refund and I only say that because common sense says don’t put the five-year-old next to the nightclub.

The place was clean and nicely kept. The service was amazing Valentina helped us with our stay she was so sweet and helpful, with service like this i will definitely choose this location again! She was very patient with us she answered all our questions she was the sweetest!

I usually stay at this property but seems like new management is running it into the ground the entrance fountain use to have clean blue water now is green from lack of cleaning. Staff was rude and did not do their job and checked me in incorrectly. They locked my things in my room and the cleaner made racist remarks to me, I was profiled for being black also they did not charge my card correctly again the staffs fault but still Insist I pay a balance they should have taken at the time of check in. A place I once loved and recommended people to I will never recommend anyone again and will be my last time there as long as there under the current management.

This is an AMAZING HOTEL LITERALLY WALKING DISTANCE FROM EVERYTHING ON COLLINS AVENUE I LOVE THIS PLACE. The hotel is connected to a bar/resturant/lounge called SOLA which had great drinks and hookah .. food is just okay to be honest. The staff is warm and welcoming and the other guests were pleasant .. the biggest downside was the elevator went down and I had to use the fire exit all the way up stairs to my room. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Check in staff was fantastic, we were confused about where the valet parking was, there isn't an actual area for it but when you pull in the parking garage across the street you check in with the attendant. Staff was very willing to fix our parking mistake. The entertainment on Friday & Saturday evening was great, but the other reviews are correct, the music is very loud & you can hear it in your room (at least in the balcony room we stayed in.) It wasn't an issue for us, but something to consider if you have children or are a light sleeper. Overall, fantastic location, nightlife, staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Paid extra for high room gave us bottom floor. Room was dirty,furniture scratched and worn down and the employees are super rude, paid extra for bottle for my room did not receive it. The covers are very thin. Finger prints on lamps also water filled in sink very fast when I brushed my teeth I just spit in the toilet. Very undelightful stay and they don’t give you your deposit back.
