Have stayed at the RP for over ten years and have yet to find any problems until this latest stay. Was watching tv in the lobby and noticed several people walking in and pause. They were looking for the reception area. Would go a long ways if some signage was installed. Was better when the reception area was located up front by the main entrance. Just a suggestion.

Staff and guest service were excellent. However rooms and bathrooms were dirty, towels were ripped, and many there were many billing errors that required lots of confronting. We even had our wallet swiped and money was stollen at the pool, hotel manager and security would not allow us to see the security footage. Overall the staff was great but I will be coming to this hotel again.

Well, you pay for the resort fee and you still have to pay for the beach umbrella. Every day is $25 for the umbrella and I don’t think that’s right and one of the workers was get into altercation with me. They also do not clean their pool thoroughly. My daughter got an ear infection. I will not be going back there.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Our room with an ocean view had a toxic paint smell and we had to change rooms. The balcony on the partial room is so small you can't fit a chair and barley two people at one time. Resort is nice on the inside. Needs some music and ambience. Staff was great. Overall 3 stars due to hotel itself.

We had a broken blow dryer that almost burned my hair literally sparks were coming out of it and we left the room for about hours and came back to find it still not cleaned I reported the issues and when i came back to the room at night it was still the same and tried to use the blow drying the next day to find that they didn’t change it, plus we were 4 people and we only were allowed 2 beach chairs we had to pay for the other 2 and if we needed umbrella we had to pay for it .

Couldn’t get any rest! they were under construction, a big crane right out the window. They never mention that this was going to be happening when we booked, my back hurt from sleeping on the bad mattress. Got extremely nauseous from the smell that was coming out from the carpet after they had cleaned it.. very unfortunate!

The property was conveniently located near the beach. The pool areas were good and the food was really good however for the amount of money paid for the reservation, the hotel service fees and everything else you have to pay for; they need bigger rooms, and a more updated look. Overall the stay was decent.
