It was difficult to navigate the elevators and floors to get to the right room. Signage for which areas had the right rooms was not great. There was some damage to items in the room but the cleanliness was fantastic.

For a Hotel on top of a very busy airport, We couldn’t hear any planes! Very quiet and very pretty. We felt like we were in a nice hotel with plants, clean and wonderful. The pool could use an upgrade though, it looked like mold on the side and bottom. Over all it was great and will stay there when traveling through the Orlando Airport again, you can’t beat it for convenience.

RUDE!!!! After traveling all day we showed up at 3:45 and were told that check in was not until 4pm no exceptions, go wait over there! A little after 4 we were allowed to go to our room. Then we simply wanted to order room service using the menu provided in the room. We were told that the menu we were trying to order from was old and no longer in use and that we would need to go downstairs and get a current menu to order from.
