The overall experience was great. The staff was wonderful. Only minor complaint was the room decor. The windows need virtual so light can come in but privacy is still an option AND although the grey color palet is in style.. the room looked cold and steril.

Lobby was great and very modern. Two room changes due to ac not working then other room had ac leaking on floor causing a pool of water and a damp smell. Ended up leaving to go to another hotel. They were kind enough to return money and apologized. Great staff but rooms could use some work

Bed is comfy everything other than that is average. Outside look worse than it actually is. Pretty noisy with people smoking outside Our sink water didn’t go down while brushing teeth and had hair tub stopper was broken Would I stay here again? Maybe not it would be last resort

There was black mold all over the ceiling in my room. The door was definitely a hazard as it wouldn’t open properly from inside or outside. Twice this year I’ve stayed there and not got my deposit down, despite leaving a clean room. I love the area but i will not be staying here on my future trips to Orlando!
