The sheets had blood stains and footprints on them, toilet was not cleaned, had no shower curtain, and the room smelled like cologne every day. The front desk staff is extremely rude. I only stay here when I am desperate for a low price but probably will not again.

I'm beyond disappointed with everything. This could honestly be advertised as a motel rather than a hotel. Room not ready after 4pm, had to wait, elevator function makes you nervous, room quality substandard and people running and making noise in the corridor at night, this is beyond ridiculous 🙄

Always a good stay.
Always a good time at Avanti. Close to everything and you really don't need to leave the property. Food and beer is good. Pool on site is clean and spacious where it's not crowded. Great vibe.
