Great customer service!
Everything was top notch except the room. Bed and bedding was comfortable. One wall heater that kept the room very warm even when set to 58°. We were on the bottom floor. The room needed a little maintenance- chipped or warped flooring, furniture a little banged up also and the bathroom was tiny. You could see they wanted an elegant comfortable setting but it’s hard to do in an antiquated room. Lots of noise from rooms above and beside us when showering as well as our own shower. Found out too late that if you wanted your room cleaned, you had to put a door hanger out (we thought they were do not disturb hangers so didn’t pay attention to them). Front desk people were excellent. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Was not a fan of French press coffee in our rooms.

The room had a terrible smell. After having the worst day, I decided to not complain the same night. The next morning I showered in the smallest shower know to man, and the shower head kept falling off and hitting me in various parts of my body. The room had a nice bed but that was the only decent part of this room, except the obvious nice views. But I could barely open my window, they had a limiter. I’d really like a partial refund tbh. When I mentioned this in the am, they barely responded let alone in a way that made me feel better

I didn’t like that I couldn’t pay for my reservation until after four. I didn’t even want to drop anything off in the room just take the payment. The evening staff were wonderful and got us paper plates and offered utensils when I asked for some napkins for dinner we ordered in. Overall still a wonderful getaway.
