Not much renovation, no hair dryers in the rooms, phone in our room didnt work, AC was very loud, fan in bathroom made a loud squealing noise, toilet sest came off in my husbands hand when lifting the seat. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Our beds did not have headboards so it was pillows against the wall. Door would close but it wiggled when it was shut. Glad we brought an extension cord and multiplug for our phones and cpap machines. Nice riverfront view of the Colorado river. It would have been nice to have a larger dorm refrigerator, as the small one we got was optional for guests with meds. Ice machines did not work, no ice available except $4.00 bags they sell. Overall the place has a cool vibe and the experience was nice. The pool and beach area were very nice. Food was excellent. We stayed one week, Sunday through Sunday. Nevada eviction law means there is no weekly rate which would have been nice. The reason we came to Laughlin was to have a Vegas style experience without the crowds and high prices and I think we acheived that goal.

For the most part the staff member and security did a great job. I can’t say the same for the lazy bartender Friday night but it discouraged me to go back Saturday. Even the cleaning crew was amazing, they let me leave the door open with the keys and said they would handle my checkout. I was so thankful for that, left a tip. Thank you cleaning lady.
