Room was neglected. It did not get cleaned . It is very outdated. There was no microwave. The shower was dirty. It does not look like the pictures whatsoever.

Reserved king bed in beach tower. Was told unavailable due to a water leak. Instead got two queens in a tower not close to beach. Wasn’t many guests at hotel so not sure that tower was really unavailable. Room was nice. Pool area okay but seemed to lack cleaning. Would definitely stay again. Good family resort. Should have access for chairs (rental?) for the beach area as most guests don’t bring their own. Casino was very clean. Didn’t see many staff around casino.

Overall was great. Except the smell of cigarettes in the casino was really bad. Was even was in the food court. There was no escaping the smell unless you were outdoors.

The room was nice. Staff were great. The overall feel was ok. Nothing exciting on a weeknight. No other Casinos in the area. No entertainment. Casino wasn't lively. When we wanted to find something to eat around 9pm Wed nt there was only one food choice...the Panda Express and we had had lunch there earlier.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was noticeably dirty, and it was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were not being done. On top of that, the staff seemed unavailable most of the time and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

The resort isnt good for boaters. The launch was not usable with a large hole at the end. Recommended launch was.aprox 22 miles away. Security isnt there for you. Its there for the hotel. You might keep that in mind if you book a stay here. We dont plan on returning.

our kickplate on the entry door was almost falling off, made it difficult to safely and /ully close the door. The bathtub faucet wouldnt allow for all the water to come out of the shower head all the way when the shower button was pulled up with dificulty alot of it was shooting out the actual faucet. I feel like it caused the strenght of shower water to be less. the water was nice and hot which I enjoyed! The carpet area from the bathroom to the entry door was very stained and looked pretty disgusting. I wish there was a small coffee maker in the room like alot of other holtels I have stayed at. We ate at the feathers cafe and it was really good. The casino gaming area was nice and clean. was always someone on staff picking up trash and emptying the ash trays. we loved that there was a adult pool and hot tub, although it didn't seemed clearly marked and one evening a family with little kids was in there. all in all we did enjoy our stay. the staff was very nice and effecient. we would stay there again at some point.

The room was run down. The water coming from the bathtub and shower was dirty for about 20 minutes. Also the water in the toilet was dirty. It looked as if the last person who used the toilet did not flush. I honestly had a reservation to stay during the July 4,2026 weekend but I am canceling it and rebooking in Laughlin. Even the pool water looked cloudy and dirty. I was very disappointed. The rating in Expedia definitely did not match what we encountered
