Loved being within walking distance to South Point Casino, where the event we were attending was being held, while enjoying the quieter more relaxing atmosphere at Grandview. The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly. We will definitely be back next year

Great room - could improve service and amenities
We were attending an event at the hotel next door so the location was perfect. The room itself was wonderful. Loved the separate bedroom and full kitchen. Didn't need the laundry but it's an awesome feature. We never made it to the fitness room... the photo made it look adequate. The hot tubs were the only disappointment. I went to two and neither were very hot and the jets weren't working well. Oh and I called to get more coffee and was told it was $1 each and the lady who answered was a bit abrupt. Getting only 1 coffee for a 3 day stay for 2 people seems a little lean when the rooms were quite expensive.

The check in process was crowded and chaotic. They sign you up for a “free breakfast “ promised there was not a time commitment for a hard sell….but that was a lie…waited 20 minutes for the escort to breakfast and then found out the man intended to eat with us and then try to sell us a time share. No where on the discription were we told this is a time share sell and we were promised it would not have a time commitment. Also, tv was new but not set up. No Channels - at alll but description promised HBO etc. Sign on property said there was an airport shuttle -, when asking about if found out they stopped that in 2020 - 4 years ago!!

Everything went normal during our check-in but the next morning the elevators weren't working and been at the 6th floor it was really annoying. Imagine if we have some disability! Later day day one of the elevators was fix but you could really feel it wasn't working at a 100% After the second day we found out they moved people out of that tower but we didn't get any notice about it.
