The stacked washing machine and dryer that came with the room was very convenient. The view from the balcony was lack luster.The extremely loud pool pump noise ruined the whole balcony experience. Beds were comfortable but the fact the headboards were not attached properly to the frame and hit the wall everytime you moved made sleeping difficult and it was like this for both beds! The spa tub only worked on one setting full blast.

Weekend in HSV

The decor is dated, but everything is clean and in working order. The chairs on the balcony are uncomfortable and need a cushion/pad. We had a great time visiting friends in The Village, location is great.

New go to spot

Brought the family for a 4 day get away somewhere different and we are glad we went to Hot Springs Village. The resort was perfect and exactly what we where hoping for. The lake and beach was very clean and the water was clear. The room was nice and clean and the staff was cery professional. Unfortunately they did have an issue with the pool so it was closed but we spent time at the beach when the kids wanted to swim. We will definitely be going back.

Comfortable enough

The townhouses are a bit dated but cute. Bedroom and bathroom was clean. Moved a box on the kitchen counter one night and there were roaches. We didnt cook or do meals in the townhouse.
