The employee at the desk was not very welcoming. When I told her I had a King bedroom reserved, she had the nerve to tell me that they were all out of Kings. She asked if I would take a double bed instead. I told her I didn't really want a double bed room. She said she was going to search. All over a sudden, she found a room. All that aggravation for nothing. The room conditions weren't even that great.

We have stayed here before and i would say the only bad part was the parking. They should have the front spots reservec for people staying at the hotel and people just parking for flights should be in the back.

The room was nice. Check in and check out were easy. I wish there was a coffee pot in the room. My only complaint is that we requested late checkout and were told at check in we had until noon, however someone was pounding on the door at 11:05am.

There were black hairs on the bed when I pulled the covers back to crawl in bed. I work hard for my money to pay for a hotel stay and all I want is a clean bed. No black hairs in it.

The only redeeming thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle but since it picks up at all the hotels by the airport, it doesn’t even count. The toilet was falling off the wall and when you sat on it, it fell down. They had placed a piece of pipe under it to keep it from falling all the way to the floor. It made the most horrific noise when it dropped. The phone was dead, the air conditioner didn’t work, there were no cups or anything to drink out of, no coffee pot, there was nothing! The bed was lumpy and the pillows were half pillows. I’ve never seen anything like it and don’t care to ever again. Too bad I can’t upload photos of the toilet situation. You wouldn’t believe it. The hotel is a disgrace!
