We went for a walk after dinner and came back to the hotel to notice NONE of the hotel signs were lit up and NO lights I in the parking lot. I inquired with the hotel desk and she knew nothing about it. Did not offer to ask another hotel staff if there was a light switch or something that could be off. She said she didn’t know if there should be lights and said there was NOTHING she could do about it. Our vehicles were in a dark parking lot and it did not seem like it was safe. When we looked out in the early morning, all parking lights were on. We were relieved, but feel that the hotel staff should have had a better solution and made some effort.

Parking was easy and very secure. Breakfast was good, only complaint was they served the same thing everyday (we were there for 7 nights) except for Saturday morning they added biscuits and gravy. The room was nice and clean but the king sized bed dipped at the head of the bed and at the sides. Had to be careful not to get too close to the sides or you’d roll right out! Overall it was a nice hotel that was close to Malmstrom Airforce Base. Would stay there again when we are back in the area.

All in all it was a nice hotel. Only issues we had were that the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and it is a non smoking hotel. The lady ad the front was nice and came to spray a deodorizer which helped immensely. The hotel seemed very noisey could heat people in the rooms on either side of us and the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the roof. The breakfast was lacklustrer the juice machine was turned off and empty. There weren’t many options to choose from. With all of this said the staff were nice and the hotel was fairly clean. Would I stay here again? Probably not but if you are looking for a place to sleep, this one will do the job

Staff was not very friendly, a mostly robotic interaction. I think we also may have had a heard of elephants staying above us. The bedding was clean but the pillows were tiny, like couch pillows, and you could tell the room had not been vacuumed in a while and had a musty smell like the door hadn't been opened in weeks. There was also hair in the shower drain. Breakfast was lackluster, limited options, stale bagles, and bread in the case and when something ran out, it was not refilled or replaced, we ate at 830 and the cheese was already gone and never refilled.

The bed did not have enough blankets, the shower was not hot, there was a roof attachment for the smoke detector but no smoke detector, the air conditioner was very loud (had to shut it off in order to sleep), sheets on bed were inside out, toilet was loose. Will not be staying here again.

I was so impressed with how quiet the hotel was. It was close to restaurants and the mall which was a bonus as well. The bed was really comfortable and the room clean.
