The room had a terrible smell inside, the ceiling had black on it the resembled mold or mildew. You can hear the sounds easily from other rooms in the evening. My room key was replaced due to it nit opening the door and 5he replacement key eventually did the same. Very disappointing experience especially considering the price charged for the room. Unfortunately I will avoid this chain again based on my experience and from others that stayed this weekend, who had similar experience. The staff was nice.

The free breakfast was terrible, most of the condiment items were missing and the attendant was just sitting at a table scrolling thru her phone. The room was ok, the beds were very comfortable.

I booked a room for two nights, but left after the first night. The room had an unbearable smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains had holes in them and were too short, so the outside light shone into the room. The carpets were worn and dirty. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

The staff was very kind and considerate, what made us give such a poor review is we saw multiple cockroach’s in the dining area. After we came back from the dining room we found a cockroach IN OUR ROOM. We are completed grossed out and disgusted. I will be contacting corporate for a refund or compensation.

The TV kept going in and out. The toilet made noises when you flushed it. The one lamp didn’t work until you plug it to a different socket. Also the light in the bathroom made a noise you couldn’t use it.

The pool area was nice to use but was not kept clean. Floors had chewed gum and papers and dirt on floor our entire 3 night stay. Rooms were kept nice and front desk was very helpful and kind. Some staff were using fountain to put out there smokes and it did stink in the front of building by fountain.

It was a nice relaxing stay. My husband loved the pillows. The staff was very helpful, and polite. I liked the convenience of Perken's restaurant and Dunkin Donuts in the same parking lot.

Overall it was a good stay The room was nice and clean Only stayed one night and was good experience Only downside was there was a party in the room next to me that carried on til midnight when someone broke it up, assuming hotel staff I would recommend for a short stay

Mattresses were nice and firm (important for my back). Pool was great. My husband loves the waffles for breakfast, although juice machine was broken. Overall, very nice experience.

We stayed for 2 nights in room 127 and we had no hot water on our second day. Kind of difficult to take a shower! But overall, the staff was kind and the room was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

-whaididnt like was the microwave and tea bag coffee pot were both filthy. The sides of the bedthat held the box springs, the metal stuck out about a inch on both beds and my husband banged his ankle off an bruised and swollen. There was a thick layer of dust under the microwave and refrigerator. You could hear other rooms making noise, the window opened but there was no screen. The toilet was short only about 15 inches high, the towels were hard and rough. Overall it was a good place to stay overnightb not for a period of time.

The front desk was extremely friendly & helpful. The tv wasn't working in our room & the manager came immediately to see what the problem was. It was a simple fix...it was just disconnected. The breakfast was very good... We had an enjoyable stay!
