I was satisfied with my stay for the price. lots of construction renovation going on hammering and banging. hotel sent lots of texts that they didn't seem to pay attention to when you answered. I said I would check out at 10:30 and the housekeeper was banging on my door at 9:45 a.m. I was in room 125. The room was was a little worn but for the price it was perfect. no breakfast is served . perfect location walking distance to anakeista and the Gatlinburg convention center which is why I was there I would stay here again.

I wasnt expecting anything super nice, but I was not expecting the place to be infested with bed bugs. The sheets had human hair on it and one of the sheets had yellow stains. After flipping over the matress I found a bunch of black reddish spots that appeared to be bed bug feces, along with blood stains. The lady at the front desk was not helpful and rude. We showed her the dirty room and walked away not saying anything. We ended up following her to the front desk and she gave us a new room. I was hoping the new room would be a better experience, since it was in a different building, but it was very unclean. We had to leave late at night and found a much better hotel, so we could sleep in peace.

The room looked half renovated which for the price was not really a problem. The firepit that was advertised was not turned on druing our stay but i noticed that a neighboring hotel's was. It would have been noce since it was 28 degrees. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was hard. For $50 it was about what you would expect but if its more than that I would skip it.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and fire pit. Very close to the main strip making everything walkable. Breakfast is grab and go with coffee/juice (not sure if this is related to the renovations or not). So if you’re looking for more than that, you may be disappointed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Expedia noted they had breakfast, however after I booked my non refundable stay. I then got an email saying they did in fact NOT have breakfast. And I have a routine when out of town. I was devastated a will never be back. The room was okay.
