The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were small, and the tub took a long time to drain, which was frustrating. Additionally, the Dish Network service was not satisfactory. The elevators were slow, and only one was working from our side.

I checked in and asked for a sharps container because I have to take two shots everyday and the lady at the front desk said they don’t have sharps containers (I know this not to be true) so I sent a message online to the manager and had one sent up, then from 5pm-6:30pm they have free drinks and snacks and a family right at 5pm took the whole basket of pita bread and so I asked the attendant if he could bring out more the rest of us and he told me no… in the morning starting at 6:30am they have free breakfast with an made to order omelet station, so right at 6:30am I was first in line at the omelet station trying to get a omelet before going to Disney and the omelet cook never came out and I stood there a good 20 minutes before I had to leave to go catch the shuttle to Disney… it’s a nice hotel but their customer service is terrible, and in my opinion I rather stay at a hotel not as nice but have better customer service

First Time at this Embassy
This was our first time staying at this hotel for our Disney trip. The breakfast was amazing, our room was pretty good, however the bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable. We took the ART shuttle to the park and the bus stop is located right outside of the hotel. Overall, my family and I would stay here again!

We stayed here the evening before we went to Great Wolf Lodge. Loved the close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Very clean, pretty quiet for as busy as it was, and helpful staff. The parking lot was also a plus!

This is the second time I stayed here. The room had a living room section with a TV, table, couch, and sofa chair. A separate room with a TV. We had 2 Queen beds. The middle section had microwave, refrigerator an additional sink from the bathroom. This room was helpful as a family. The kids went to sleep early in one room and my husband and I were able to stay up later and watch some TV in the living room section. Great buffet style breakfast and Happy Hour during the week when we stayed. Shuttle service to Disneyland. I recommend.
