For the price, it was ok. had a nice balcony, living space TV with cable, dining table, a full sized bathroom, full sized fridge/freezer and a kitchenette. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the building was slightly outdated with a musty smell. The pool in the main building was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate as was part of the reason we booked here. There were other pools available to travel to, 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The main issue I had was the staff. The staff when we checked in were lovely, however when you pick up your parking pass, the gentleman there said “you were randomly selected for free breakfast”. The gentleman said for your free breakfast you need a $20 deposit “which will be returned to you” and we’d receive a 150$ prepaid visa. We read through the document that needed to be signed that said to get free breakfast we needed to go on a “90 minute tour” of the resort. No issue with that. The kicker was, when we showed up for the “tour” we were actually being lured in to buy a timeshare. This was not communicated to us nor was even mentioned on the sheets we signed. The “free breakfast” consisted of a blueberry muffin. For 120 mins we were aggressively pushed to buy a timeshare, and when my partner and i declined numerous times the mood shifted quite aggressively and the staff were not as kind to us. It was incredibly pushy and deceiving that no communication about a timeshare was relayed to us, it was communicated as a “tour”
