"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends. "

"The Beaconsfield Inn is an amazing place to stay. The 1905 structure has original charm. The shared spaces are unique and interesting and they take you back in time. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Our breakfast was amazing just as is the owner of the inn. She is friendly, and very accommodating. We would definately return, as well as recommend it to others. Great location, as well!"

"The property is located in the heart of Victoria and is in walkable distance to a lot of places of interest. It is an older building which has been renovated tastefully, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with excellent bathrooms. Very comfortable and quiet even though it is in the centre of the city. I have stayed a number of times at the Rialto over the course of the last six years and never had a bad experience. It has nice restaurant and bar on the main floor. I can only recommend the Rialto for anyone who travles to Victoria"
