This is a nice property, with a great pool, grounds and good staff. Weve stayed here twice, and it is closw to everything, especially great for the RVM.

I love the Parkside and always recommend it to everyone. I was was there for the weekend and booked the 2 bedroom suite. It came with everything we needed and the staff was also excellent with accommodating to our requests. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean and the last hour is adult only, so it was nice and quiet. We had a lot of things to bring down and asked for a late check-out. They could not give us one, but aaid it was okay if we were out within 15 minutes. We ended up being a bit later than that due to no trolley, but they had a staff member bring one up when it was available and the cleaning staff was very kind and waited for us to get everything out. I know I have family members who always stay at the Parkside and it is always on our list for accommodations.

Everything was great until the tub in the master bed room leaked after use and carpet was wet in the bedroom for last 3 days of 5 day stay. Not pleasant. Told front desk. No communication if they looked at problem and no offer to change room or discount for our trouble.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is ideal for easy downtown access. The hotel room had a balcony access and fully equipped kitchen (we enjoyed using the teapot) including washing machine. The mattress was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the Koi fish pond in the lobby of the hotel where we stopped numerous times. We plan to use the complimentary bikes during our next stay.
