Excellent location when you’re to be hanging around downtown and the inner harbour area. Hotel provides all the amenities we require for our stay including a nice hot tub after a running race weekend.

We enjoyed the visit very much. All staff were excellent, courteous & helpful. The accomodations were very comfortable, quiet & clean. The one thing which would be helpful is a shuttle service to the airport (even a charge for it) or a bit of a "deal" for the taxi service as that was $62.00 one way.

Stayed in a two queen, 1 bdr suite. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were great to deal with. Held our luggage prior to check in and after check out. We should've taken advantage of the free shuttle but wasn't aware until the last day, downtown is so walkable though. People next to us had load music but called front desk and they took care of immediately. Ate at Vista 18 for breakfast, good food and reasonable priced too. The hot tub and pool area were nice but overcrowded/popular on a rainy day. Would definitely stay there again! One thing I would change is not having a see through door on the bathroom as the light shines into the rest of the room if one have to use the facilities in the middle of the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Loved having a mini bar area with a separate table (and Nespresso 🙂). The hotel is in a convenient location to many stores and dining options, park your car and explore the City by foot. There is a terrific kids playground about a block away. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and made the stay very pleasant.

An older hotel with a Great location. Had an electrical issue on second day with no power to half of suite but was dealt with promptly. Overall happy with our stay. Would stay again and would recommend to others

The room is cleaned and the room size is acceptable where it’s not too small. This location is only a few blocks away from the waterfront. We arrived on the 9th of October and it is raining and cold so we only stayed for the night and left the next day. I would prefer to visit Victoria between June -August but not October.
