"This is THE ONLY place my family and I will stay in London going forward. We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

"We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. With the door open, we could speak across the rooms and go back and forth as we pleased. It was great for getting ready in the morning because we didn’t have to fight over the bathroom because we each had our own. This hotel is in a great area on the southbank and we were able to walk along the Thames to the various food vendors. There were taxis stationed out front at all times when you were ready to leave (except Sunday when we had to leave early for the airport) and also the hotel was close to the metro. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again. "

"Fabulous hotel, Very clean. Lovely well-appointed rooms. If you like a good nights sleep its the quietest darkest rooms I have ever stayed in. We had an atrium room. Only downside we found the virtual room keys on our phones a bit temperamental. Breakfast expensive. "

"Lifts could do with upgrading given the size of the hotel. Good central location- near Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and the theatre district. Enjoyed our stay, 3 nights."
