It is a great location, right across the Tower of London. It is about 10 minutes walk from a tube so the transportation is good. the breakfast is on a high end of the cost but kid can eat free. So, it balanced out

Not the cheapest hotel I've stayed in so can't say it is good value for money, but the location is excellent for business in the city or for tourists. I had a room looking over the river and it was so quiet, not the usual traffic noise that you get at most London hotels. A few bars and restaurants locally as well if you don't want to go far

The hotel was very good, clean and view, looking over the Thames, was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt it was quite expensive (£25.00 p/p, p/d), instead we went to The Café Rouge, in St Katherine Docks, where we had an excellent meal for a lot less! Our overall stay was a great experience and with both the DLR and Tube so nearby, it was an excellent choice.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and the view is great but once you get into the room, it’s disgusting. The floors, bedding and walls were stained. The bathroom smelled bad. The lamp fixtures were crooked. The tv remote didn't work. Felt dirty to get into the shower. A fire test also went off and it felt like we were going deaf. Would not stay here again.
