Best location, with stunning views from window to Tower Bridge. Enjoyed short distance walk to the Tower Brodge, the Underground station and Water Cruises. Excellent breakfast. Clean room with every day room service. Strongly recommend it!!!

Whirlwind of a trip
This is the second stay at the Tower Hotel. We returned bc we loved the location, the staff has always been friendly and the food is top notch! This time around was no different. The staff was extremely helpful especially when my purse was left in a taxi and presumed lost. They let us use their phones when ours wasn’t working, and kept us updated on the status of my missing bag. It was a short 2 days, but we still absolutely love this hotel. It means a lot to me that everyone was sympathetic and helpful while we were there trying to get my belongings back.

The view was amazing. Unfortunately the ac did not work, it was incredibly stuffy in the room. The staff said the temperature wasn’t able to be adjusted from in room. They brought up fans but it wasn’t very helpful and got very warm at night. Then the last day, the entire key system for our door went out and even though 2 different staff and maintenance attempted to fix it, they were unable to and we couldn’t all leave our room at the same time or there was no way to get back in.

Hotel was clean but very old and dated. Check in was by far the worst, didn’t say 2 words to us, no explanation of hotel amenities or breakfast times etc …. Nothing. We also had a family of 6 spread over 2 rooms, they gave us 2 rooms at opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors. For these issues alone I wouldn’t stay again.
