Minnehaha Park is located beside the Mississippi River and is home to a 53-foot waterfall. Here hiking and biking trails make it easy to get around. The Guthrie Theater is a treasured icon that opened back in 1963. Various tours are available, including those that allow you to go backstage. Nearby is the Mill City Museum as well as the Stone Arch Bridge. The Chain of Lakes byway offers you access to five of the lakes near the city, each with their own activities and attractions.
