We were greeted by friendly staff when we checked in, and we got a room upgrade to a room with a great view of the city and the London Eye. The room was clean with good linen and nice toiletries, a hairdryer and robes. We were visiting the County Hall for a show and this hotel was in the perfect location just a two minute walk away.

We didn't have their breakfast. Since we used Expedia and needed a taxi for our departure, the hotel told us that we needed to handle that ourselves. We needed to be at train station at 4:30 am. They offer that service if you go through them for your complete reservation. Unnecessary pressure when we we're trying to get to our next stop which was Paris connection by Eurostar.
