Amazing location, walkable to all main attractions in the city. The room furniture is a bit outdated but very functional, with mini fridge, microwave and kettle.
Elliot at the front desk was kind, courteous and went out of his way to assist us. I was locked out of room and couldn’t get my replacement key to work. He escorted me back to my room to ensure that the issue was resolved. That extra mile will make me strongly encourage others to stay there.
We only stayed a night, wish it had been more. We were given an upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise, the room was really well equipped and quiet for central London.

Our room overlooked the restaurant. Not all the lights in the room worked. Beds not comfortable.
The rooms are a little tired particularly the bathroom - the water took a long way to go down so I was stood up to my ankles in water having a shower - as everything is diy/online I can’t really comment on the staff as I didn’t speak to any! Very convenient for getting around as close to Waterloo and lots of places around to eat
Hotel is in a great position, around the corner from London Eye and Big Ben. The tour bus hop on hop off stops are minutes away. The hotel room it’s self could use an upgrade but otherwise it was good and we would stay there again.
